Able to access Pronto AP's services with machines whose MAC-ID's are not added into cloud network

Our customer is able to connect with Pronto AP with machines whose MAC-ID's are nor added into it's cloud network. Customer want that only selected machines whose MAC-ID's are added into cloud's network will able to connect to Pronto AP but not those machines whose MAC-ID's are not mentioned. When customer trying to connect Pronto AP with DHCP option on his machine they are  not able to connect but when they configured machine with Static IP then they are able to connect with Pronto AP even if the MAC-ID of that machine is not added into Pronto Cloud's Network. I need a help to resolve this issue asap. I also opened a ticket number 13798 with Pronto Support Department on 29th April, 2016 but still I didn't get any update from them.
