Under Organisation>Notification Group, you can create groups you’d like to notify when an event occurs. Assigning these groups to Alerts under Configuration>Alerts will send a notification to the group via email, phone number or both, depending on what you added.
To create a group, enter a Group Name. Select a Type: Email, Mobile, or Email and Mobile.
Select Organisation Users (PCC subusers), External Email users, and/or External Mobile users( requires SMS activation under Organisation/Gateway Settings).
Press the green Create button to create the Notification Group.
You can edit or delete groups under the Notification Group List.
