Click ‘Didn’t receive password instructions?’.
Enter the Email address.
Click ‘Resend’.

Launch the browser and type https://cloud.prontonetworks.com
Enter the Email and Password for your PCC account.
Click ‘Sign in’.
Forgot Your Password?
Launch the browser and type https://cloud.prontonetworks.com.
Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’.
Enter the Email address.
Click ‘Send me reset password instructions’.
Change your account password
Sign in as Admin
Click ‘Settings’ at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Select ‘Change Password’.
Current password: Enter the existing password.
New password: Enter the new password.
Confirm password: Confirm the new password.
Click ‘Change my password’ to reset the password.
