Pronto Networks offers an easy way to create custom reports for customers. To create a custom report go to Monitor > Report.
Select Report type(s) and then select what format (CSV, PDF).
Choose the time period for the report and the notification group where the reports need to be sent
Click Generate.
Generated reports will be available in the report list below and to the notification group.
